API Usage: The API provided by AlphaSquared is for personal use only. Users are prohibited from distributing access tokens, using the API for commercial services, or allowing third parties to use the API through their account.
Account Suspension and Termination

Lifetime Membership
Lifetime members are entitled to receive all updates, enhancements, and changes to the products offered by AlphaSquared for the duration of their membership. This entitlement remains valid indefinitely, including in the event that the business is sold or transferred to another entity. Lifetime membership benefits are non-transferable and are bound to the original purchasing user.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, trademarks, services marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to AlphaSquared. Nothing contained in these Terms grants any license or right to use any intellectual property of AlphaSquared or any third party, without the express written consent of AlphaSquared.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. AlphaSquared makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
